Room had a very humid smell and hit us right when we opened our door. There was A LOT of mold ald mildew in the shower so we didn't use it. There were stains and rips on the bed covers. Had to run to Walmart to buy fitted sheets pillows and blankets to cover ourselves. And there also was an incident which we thought was kind of weird...there were this gentlemen changing the batteries of our locks with no previous notification from the front office or nothing...we stood guard until they were done. Also their ice machine was broken and there was no iron or ironing board in the room. Had to stay there because they have a printed sign posted in the front office that reads: no refunds after 5 min of checking in

The man receptionist was excellent. Friendly helpful and caring. A lovely welcome all together. The room was very nice too with good air conditioning. I also enjoyed the pool. So a very good experience. There was also a lovely lady receptionist in the morning.

I had made reservations for 6days they never offered to take any trash, replace toilet paper, or towels. The bathroom was dirty from previous occupants and for a while the toilet wouldn't flush. The bath tub was also dirty and the key card would constantly stop working. Also due to a miss understanding on the last day they went when only my 13 yr old was alone and told her she 'we' had to be out by 12 or they were calling the cops. They did not try to contact me at any time when they had my phone number on file. It was a horrible experience

Great location, but my stay was not the best. The key to open the hotel room only worked when I got there. The rest of the times I tried to open with the key it didn’t work, so I had to go downstairs to the office and tell the person in charge for every single time I had to enter my room. Then when I was showering the water finished or went out, and when we told the lady in the front, she said she was washing the towels, and that’s why the water had finished. For the price I paid, I expected to at least have running water that doesn’t finish when you’re in the middle of your shower.

Good for an emergency

The room was extremely hot when we checked in and wasnt cooling so we had to get a fan (our own). And breakfast was just cold cereal, bread for toast, a few cinnamon rolls. Sunny delight or coffee to drink and a few apples and bananas. Was hoping for waffles like the photos showed and maybe yogurt. The staff was very nice but the place is pretty run down. The pool area has very little seating and the tile on the pool was gross..
