This place isn't perfect but it's a decent place to chill, write a book, read a book, walk around, fish, rest, and visit nearby Durant. I spent 2 weeks here in Oct/Nov & the only busy times were the weekends. Even then, other guests were not bothersome & everyone was respectful. I'll be back, for sure!

Went for a one night trip with my daughters. The room had an odor and was not what we expected at all. We drove up from Texas so we thought it’s just one night, until it wa time for bed and we realized there was no blanket for the futon. So we were going to use one of the sheets from the bed and a blanket we bought from home and uncovered the bed and saw the bed cover under the sheets was absolutely disgusting. It couldn’t have been washed in months it was covered with hair, crumbs and all sorts of debris. I have emailed them and given them a chance to rectify this because we left in the middle of the night after that to go home. Because there was no way we were going to sleep in that mess would not come again and would not recommend.

Needed a last minute place to stay for a family emergency and ended up with a beautiful and affordable place to stay! It was peaceful and comfortable and they had everything you could need for an extended stay. We will be back to enjoy this place again!

We booked our stay for the Choctaw PowWow. Immediatly upon entering, the bleach smell was so strong that it made my eyes water. By the end of our 4 night stay I was catching hints of cat pee so it seems that the smell was to cover up oders that shouldn't be there to begin with. The beds are horrible. I have a bad back and I need a good supportive mattress to sleep on and what they have is cheap memory foam. When we got bedding for the futon because one night on the bed put me at level 8 on the pain scale, I asked to find out if they had the same mattresses in the other cabins and yep, so no chance of me staying here again ever. We spent 3 of our 4 night stay sleeping on the futon which also meant that no watching tv in bed, or even sitting since the only TV was at the bed. Another thing that was extremely annoying was how tiny the showers were. Ladies don't forget your electric razor if your staying here because you aren't going to be shaving while in the shower.

Our cabin was clean and inviting.The lights on the marina at night were nice. Cabin had most accessories needed for cooking. Bed was comfy....peaceful and staff was friendly with easy check in

Staff was so friendly and informative. But I wish it had been made clear our room was not behind the gated property we would have been a lot more comfortable. There were cob webs in the corners of the ceilings. The bed was very comfortable.

Was looking for a place to stay in Durant OK and found this great place. Just a few miles outside of city. We stayed in cabin close with access to lake. quiet and relaxing rest. Staff made the stay easy with check-in and check-out.
