Balcony, Washer and dryer, AC, Doorman part time, Dish washer, Hot tub, two hot water systems here. Close to everything. 2 blocks from exito. 3 blocks from the metro. Takes 15 minutes to walk to lleras. Or $2 taxi. All the restaurants for Manilla area are 2 blocks away. This links up to 2 other apartments to make a two or a 3 bedroom if needed. Can have guests never a fee but all need Photo ID. There is a common area here to work from. Supermarket is exito and has everything you need. When the door rings we bring your guests to you. Door codes on the doors. Cable and android boxes.
