One of the best things about this hotel is its location - it is very close to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, and everything we needed was nearby and easily accessible. Also, on our first night we arrived very late in the evening, and the staff quickly resolved our accommodation without any delays. Their fast help and support were a big bonus and made us feel very welcome.

First when I went to check in they told me I have multiple rooms booked under same reservation? I tried to tell them I booked 1room with king bad that I already paid for it’s take 1:30 min to get the room When enter the room the freezer wasn’t working When I call they came in and changed to other one Next day water coming through the ceiling in the bathroom When I call they told me someone coming right way No one showed up I called them again in the morning They told they going to shift us to another room 3 hours later I called again where is the room They said sorry we don’t have room available Meanwhile maintainers doing the work That being said I paid two days of money for nothing Overall bad experience we felt disappointed that we didn’t get what we paid for
