Beautiful house in France
Posted Aug. 14, 2019 on HomeAwayLovely house with loads of character. Excellent for large groups as loads of space. Limited wardrobes that were usable ! Shame that the outdoor pool kept loosing water and the lining was a bit green so we didn’t use it. Lovely owners very helpful and a very helpful local lady. Nice village. We had a lovely stay. Thank you Frabrice for the wheelchair ramps they worked a treat!

wonderful stay in historic building
Posted Aug. 7, 2019 on HomeAwayOur stay in Melay surpassed our expectations and our family gathering enjoyed the lovely building and peaceful surroundings where our children could play safely in the sun. This beautiful building has an excellent location in the centre of the beautiful village of Melay and is a short drive from larger towns. This was an ideal place for our family to meet up, relax and enjoy this part of France. Lots of space inside and outside the property and comes highly recommended. Merci.

Immense maison avec beaucoup de charme
Posted Apr. 4, 2024 on HomeAwayNous avons passé un très bon séjour,le coeur de la maison est la très grande cuisine avec sa grande table ,le petit salon,comme son nom l’indique,peut difficilement accueillir 12 personnes confortablement.Quelques regrets,la température un peu juste de la piscine intérieure ( surcoût de 150 euros pour les 2 nuits ) et l’absence de sanitaires communs à l’étage.Même si les chambres aménagées avec wc et douche sont très agréables.
L’espace jardin doit être magnifique en été.

Séjour parfait
Posted Mar. 2, 2024 on HomeAwayUne très grande demeure, ou chacun peut avoir sa chambre. Au calme et maison très bien isolé, pas d’humidité. La cheminée a été très apprécié. La piscine également qui nous a paru tiéde mais a suffit à nous divertir!!😊
Nous retenons l’adresse pour un été en famille ou entre amis!
Juste si vous pouvez ajouter que des lits parapluie sont dispo! Ça évite de s’encombrer😊

Manque juste un petit peu d’équipement dans la cuisine (machine à café par exemple)

Noël 2023

La maison est spacieuse, chacun avait son espace.
La cuisine est conviviale et pratique.
Le salon était assez grand pour y jouer ou y prendre un verre à 15.

Superbe propriété
Posted Dec. 28, 2023 on HomeAwayNous nous sommes retrouvé en famille dans cette demeure. Nous étions 15 dont 3 ados, et un petit de 2 ans. Nous avons tous apprécié ce lieu. Tout est très bien équipé. Le charme d'origine de la maison a été conservé. Les nombreuses salles de bain, la piscine et le sauna sont vraiment appréciables. La communication avec les propriétaires et la dame qui gère sur place est facile. Tout était parfait. Nous recommandons et n'hésiterons pas à revenir.

Nice stay, beautiful old property
Posted Aug. 6, 2023 on HomeAwayThe house was impressing. Some points for improvement: make the WIFI better: The WiFi only available in one room. The oven was also not working good, which was unfortunate because normally we use this a lot with a big group. Also replace waste bin and sweeper and dustpan: small things but in use a lot nicer.

Family vacation

The town is not much but wothin 10 min you have access to a lot of beautifull lications. Be sire to check out the market on mondays in Macigny
