Very, very comfortable bed! Well appointed room with everything needed. The room was very hot when I first got in, but the air conditioning worked well and it was comfortable after about an hour. Check in was simple, but the receptionist failed to explain that I would need to tap my key card to operate the lift to my floor. Consequently I went up and down afew times before another guest explained the system! She also failed to explain to put the card in the slot near the door to operate overhead lights, Luckily I worked that out for myself. A comfortable stay close to the hospital.

We spent four nights this summer. The hotel is located in a high-rise apartment building in the center of Box Hill, a major Asian community neighborhood. Excellent location within minutes walk to shopping mall, restaurants and Box Hill train/tram station. You could find almost any type of Chinese cuisines. Pubic transport is very convenient. We took train to downtown, beach and zoos. The room is a bit small for the family but it provides everything we need.

We really liked this hotel. We had a little trouble with parking, but it was solved quickly & easily. I think that the instructions regarding parking could be more clear when booking. We would have also appreciated bottles of water in the room.

No air conditioning when temp is 37 degrees! Offered a portable fan. Didn’t even offer a room discount.
