Avis Bird Hill - A cozy and character filled cottage with nature at every window

Diaz, it is a shame that your review indicates that you did not enjoy your stay at Bird Hill. The first guest ever to write a review full of complaints and give a low score. It is a surprise since so much care, time and attention goes into the cottage and grounds, so that guests have an awesome experience. Even to the point of making a special trip there to put the heater on so the cottage is toasty warm and the driveway gates are open for your arrival. In response, I am not sure what you mean by the neighbours being too close, as the few houses in the street are on acreages and the cottage is quite private, being 1 acre. The pillows, which are only 2 weeks old and replaced regularly, well, that comes down to personal taste and providing a softer and firmer set of pillows for each guest is the industry norm. And as far as the beds go, again it is down to personal taste, as the mattresses are of quality. What about your family? Did the children like feeding the birds, running around, enjoying the space? Did they like the treats I left for them? Children love it at Bird Hill. They can really immerse themselves in nature and have a unique experience. There was even a wallaby in the grounds that weekend and the various parrots and other birds were everywhere. Clearly, Bird Hill was not the right fit for you. It is more about an awesome experience in nature, with the birds and the animals right there, the gardens and picking your vegies, fruit and herbs fresh, a great space with a calm and soulful atmosphere with a huge amount of special touches, a sparkling clean home, lovely comfortable beds, furniture and decor, wi-fi and Netflix, an abundance of amenities, a fusion of olde world charm with modern spaces and appliances and clear and concise information in advance about the property, so that you can enjoy your stay immediately from check in, to name a few features at Bird Hill Cottage. You can’t please everyone and even though your review indicates that you did not enjoy your stay as much as I had set the cottage up for you to have a great experience, there is nothing more I, or anyone could have done to change the outcome for you, as it always comes down to personal taste and opinion.
