We had a beautiful stay for my daughter’s birthday, we loved the room service breakfast and coffee! All the staff were so polite and responsive, they explained all the processes and made it all so easy for us. It’s a nice little escape and the rooms were super comfortable and elegantly appointed. Beds and pillows were just blissful! Thank you 🙏

Everything is good, room is spacious, clean and dust clean , nice room interior. Good options for breakfast. I only don't like the pillows as it didnt give me a good sleep due to lack of support. Pool is also overcrowded and very stuffy n warm. Overall still a very hotelstay

No housekeeping done eg beds made/rubbish removed/dirty towels removed/bath mat replaced. Bed side lights should be able to be left on whilst master lights turn off. Needed more tea bags offered.
