Nice room good location staff could be better
Publié le 19 févr. 2024 sur HotelsCheck in was at 4 arrived at 5:30 was told room had to be checked for cleanliness, said maybe a half an hour and I would get a call when it was ready, an hour and a half later I had to approach the desk again to ask about the room and was then checked in. The room itself was very nice and clean, all night long it sounded like people were running and jumping in the halls and rooms and it didn’t seem anyone addressed it. The valet staff were the most pleasant and the bright spot in all the staff

Valet parking was horrible, took forever for them to show up and get car and took just as long to retrieve it . No coffee pot in room and it was $10 for two cups of mediocre coffee .
