When I checked into my room, the very first thing I found was a large cockroach on the floor. On the second day, after being gone all day long, my room was never attended to. Bed was unmade, bathroom still had towels to be replaced on the floor. I spoke to the front desk about it and was told âSorry, our housekeepers are gone for the dayâ. Third day my room was attended to. Forth day, again housekeeping didnât show up, and again I was told âSorry, our housekeepers are gone for the dayâ For 150.00 a night, this is unacceptable. The grounds outside for patio seating was dirty, and I was approached every day by, what looked like a homeless man, begging for a light and any spare change. I guess they donât have any security watching over the place. After receiving a review of my stay, I was never contacted by the management, or corporate representatives. I doubt I will ever stay at these establishments again.
