Great location and room for a two week stay while my friend and I studied Spanish at Habla. Unpretentious, relatively easy for Ubers to find (we did not master the public transportation system in Merida, but could walk to school and several nice restaurants/convenience store/ATM etc. and Uber/Didi to other parts of city), breakfast got monotonous but we found other options en route to escuela.

Very firm bed. Minimal items in room. Excellent deal overall. Good food (ask for meal ticket the day before you will eat). Seems to be very popular with local police (was good).

Pues el personal súper grosero, no nos quisieron dar toallas y eso que pagamos para 4 personas. El aire acondicionado no servía. Pero sobre todo el personal de mostrador muy muy mal carácter, contestando mal, tratando mal, sin resolver. El baño con la puerta sin seguro, no servía la chapa. Horroroso!!!

El hotel está bien, limpio y el personal es amable, no está mal en relación al precio. Lo que no me gustó y fue: 1. La puerta del baño, donde está la regadera y el WC además de ser de cancel donde se ven las siluetas, es una puerta que no es de piso a techo, es como de baño público, lo cual se hace incómodo para tener privacidad a la hora de bañarse y especialmente para usar el WC. 2. El agua no sale tan caliente y aún cuando en Mérida hace mucho calor, siempre se aprecia un buen baño caliente. 3.No dan toallas de manos, solo grandes, es una tontería pero son básicos que cualquier hotel debe tener.
