The perfect desert retreat for a relaxing weekend getaway!

Enjoy this “home away from home” in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms- 2 rooms are furnished with a queen bed and the master suite hosts a king size bed, 2 full bathrooms, 4 smart TVs and a full-size washer and dryer. There are also two full size air mattresses available for use.
The best part of your trip will be to end your day from the golf course, or after a day of riding the trails in the beautiful and tranquil backyard. Relax and enjoy the sunset under the covered patio. You can BBQ, enjoy your dinner on the patio set, relax by the gas fire pit, play corn hole, or watch a movie while you sit in your own private hot tub! During the warm days, enjoy the brand new heated pool. Large pool to enjoy with your family and friends to cool off when it’s hot out.
Mesquite has multiple golf courses just minutes away, ATV trails from outside the front door, mountain biking, hiking trails, or visit the casinos for a night out. *** it is $100 per day to heat the pool. Please notify us 24 hours prior to your stay if you would like the pool heated. There are 4 exterior security cameras located on the home. 1 covering the driveway/ front yard, 1 on the west side covering the gate and pool, 1 on the east side covering the side yard, 1 in the back yard covering the entire backyard and both doors into the home. These are for security of the home.

Very nice house, the pool was fantastic for the hot Nevada days. Neighborhood was quiet and seemed very clean and safe. House was advertised accurately, check in was easy and responsive. Only reason for 4 stars was that there was no hand soap in the bathrooms. Overall a great experience!!

Very comfortable beds. Pool was the perfect temperature. Nicely equipped kitchen for making meals to avoid having to eat out. Couldn’t figure out some of the lights above the bar in the kitchen and entry hallway or new bulbs are needed, a little dark in the evening. Would recommend having a bit more toilet paper on hand for those who cannot run out and purchase any or to avoid people using paper towels or napkins!Very quiet and relaxing place to stay.

Golf Trip

We had an overall great stay at this vacation rental. There was plenty of room for everyone, and it was perfect for our group. The space was comfortable and well-maintained, and we especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere. However, the reason for the 4-star rating instead of 5 was a couple of minor issues. First, the BBQ didn't function as expected, which was a bit disappointing for our outdoor meals. Additionally, there was a shortage of toilet paper, which required us to make a quick trip to the store. Despite these small setbacks, we enjoyed our time and would consider staying here again.
