This hotel is very dated, the rooms have broken furniture (the couch in our room specifically), the lobby is very warm, and the staff are very unprofessional. However, the views from our room were spectacular and the beds were very comfortable. In addition, it is in a fantastic location.

The staff was terrific very friendly, very helpful. Check in was smooth and easy. Room was dated. Hotel is dated. Rooms with cruise port view are on a very busy road. Largest issue was not really noise, but the lights from cars on the road. Transportation to port was great. Super easy to get a shuttle and not very expensive. Breakfast buffet was decent. Dinner in restaurant was decent. Nothing wow, but not bad.

Older hotel, was clean,beds were comfortable and air conditioning too cold. Hotel has a restaurant, but it is across street from Bayfront park which has multiple eating and shopping choices.

Nice clean room. A little worn but comfortable. Room was a little warm even though air conditioning was set at 67. Staff was welcoming and friendly! Conveniently located across the street from Bayside, wonderful restaurant and shopping options, in addition to various tours.
