A very clean place, nice and comfortable,but looks already old.it realt needs refresh! Or a remount.

A good place, wonderful service, but looks old, it has really everything and it's well equipped! People are nice, but it's like 10 years ago..... I think it needs refresh! The price was high for such

Often visitor to Miami, but first time in Bal Harbour. Loved the area, building, and the apartment. Great access to the beach and kids loved the pool. Quality restaurants for lunch and dinner. Best Mojitos at the pool bar. Great reception - cafe area with complimentary coffee to get work done in the mornings. Definitely coming back!

Wonderful Family Vacation at St Regis Bal Harbour

Perfect apartment / suite for a family of four. Suite has an efficient layout with spacious bedrooms and living space. Kitchenette was a bonus for breakfast or a snack before dinner. Spectacular views from both balconies. Liz is exceptionally responsive and was a fantastic resource for questions we had regarding the resort. St Regis property is outstanding. We will be back.

Wonderful winter respite

We stayed for three weeks in February. Property was very comfortable/ meeting our high standards. Neighborhood was nice with much in walking distance. Adult daughter came to visit for final week in extra bedroom. Plenty of room.

A few “hiccups”

The usage of the private residence pool was fabulous! Pedro, Debbie and Lillian from the concierge desk were tremendously helpful! This was our first time using Vrbo. I can only compare this unit with the St. Regis hotel suites of a similar layout, which we have been staying in for the last 8 years. This unit is a little “tired”. For example, many of the lights did not work and the lampshade in the bedroom needed to be replaced badly. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, we had engineering in and out for the first three days because of a wet carpet problem in the unit. We communicated the problem at 8 am but it took several hours for the host to begin mitigating the situation. Overall, this unit is in a great location and has a good view. This unit would suit someone not looking for a 5 star accommodation.

Hi Susan, I feel that your review reflects negatively on this suite and our service. I don't want any other guest here to feel that we do not provide excellent accommodation or service because that is most certainly what we strive for. What lights didn't work? You never texted me about that or the lamp shade. I would have definitely accommodated. In fact, I am going buy a new lamp right now. Even though the lightbulb and the lamp work fine. It's just the aesthetic factor, which I understand. I'm sorry I didn't respond at 8am. I usually don't wake up until 9am because I'm working until 2am. Regardless, yes, it was an unfortunate situation during your stay. And for that, I apologize for the inconvenience. I hope you return with your family again soon and we will improve so that your next stay is absolutely five star.

5 star, exemplary service Room was as described. Easy check in and check out. Liz was super accommodating. Great communicator. Highly recommend.
