When I arrived for the first night of my two-night stay, i was shocked to find that the door had a numeric key pad and I was not given the code. Apparently the host forgot to send the code, the front desk couldn't assist, so I eneded up sleeping in the car for the night. I tried calling and texting the host all night/early morning to no avail. The front desk also tried to contact the host over and over, to no avail. It wasn't until 7:48am the next morning when I received a simple message, "your code is XXXX". I was unbelievably inconvenienced that first night. Even once the code was sent the next morning, it took several attempts for the host to finally get it working. That said, once I finally made it in the room, everything was nice, clean and convenient. I paid for two nights, but was lucky I got one. Very disappointing. If you book here, good luck.
Since I didn't get what I paid for, I recommend that you don't try your luck here.

Miami stay
Publié le 8 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis property was clean and had all the essentials. It had complimentary coffee, water, safe, ironing board and iron, plus bathroom necessities. Room was super clean with plenty of bath towels and it was properly sanitized. Would highly recommend

Great location, comfortable stay

Do Not Stay with them
Publié le 26 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayRoom was nasty then they tried to say we did it and had only been in the room from 2am-11am since we drove 11 hours and didn’t arrive until 2am . They are very rude and not accommodating to customers also did not want to refund me the full total of my stay only partial payment now I’m having to go back and forth with vrbo about my money . Please pick somewhere else to stay so you can enjoy your trip with a peace of mind instead of the headache we had to deal with

While we understand that your stay in the unit was only for 9 hours, we would like to highlight that your reservation was still active for the full duration. It is worth noting that you requested a refund a few hours after checking in, which, as you may understand, falls outside of our standard cancellation policy.
Despite this, we wanted to accommodate your request and provide the best possible service. As a gesture of goodwill, we decided to refund the unused nights, even though we were not obligated to do so.

clean room

Hotel Pool nice but closes at 6pm so if you are out and about during the day it is of no value. Hotel advertises restaurant but it is shut down (looks like renovations). So good place to stay near Miami or for jumping off to the keys as we did.

Unfortunately, we do not have control over what time the amenities close, normally they're open from sunrise to sunset. As for the restaurant, they informed us it should be ready soon, however, they have not confirmed a date. It was a pleasure hosting you and we hope you visit us again soon!

Poor pressure in shower.
No hot water in shower last day.
