Chambre réservée avec jacuzzi qui n’a fonctionné qu’une seule fois, malgré nos réclamations. Travaux de démolition sur l’immeuble mitoyen. Marteaux piqueurs des 9h du matin… Rideaux de protection de la terrasse détachés de leur tringle et pendant. Propreté douteuse des espaces communs (ascenseur non nettoyé pendant tout notre séjour. Ménage de la chambre non fait. Après réclamation ménage succinct avec changement serviettes, draps tirés, mais aucune propreté de faite (poubelles non vidées, salle de bain non nettoyée….) Personnel aimable mais peu efficace. Petit déjeuner que nous avions pris inclus, peu clair, à la carte sans savoir ce que nous pouvions prendre ou pas. Hôtel déjà vieillissant.

People there was so rude , not helpful and parking garage it’s expensive compared with other places and not careful for my car .

Great location. Quieter end of the street. Large room and bathroom. Friendly staff. Will come back.

Started rough was given wrong room but Brian the GM fixed it the next day. Brian was helpful. Good location nice staff.

Room was not ready. Photos are misrepresented. Not clean. Filthy and empty jacuzzi on balcony. Check in says 3, room was not ready until 4:30. Never again.
