I had a wonderful stay at Acca Hotel! The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable—perfect for a relaxing stay. The hotel is also conveniently located near the station and not far from the city center. My room was below average for me. Not what I was expecting. The photos on the website are deceiving. Bathroom was ok, room was cold, door locks were horrible with a huge ass key that was heavy to carry vs. a key card. Close to the metro that was a plus. Overall I would rate this a 4.5/10.
