Hôtel correct

Le personnel était super et très amical. L'hôtel est proche du centre commercial et de nombreux restaurants. Les parties communes et l'ascenseur ont besoin d'une rénovation.

Bien comme hôtel mais éloigné du centre ville

Personnel cordial et avenant. Chambre très propre et de grandeur moyenne. Belle grande piscine interieur. Petit déjeuner complet et service rapide pour qu'il ne manque de rien. Seul bémol la chambre n'a pas été faite pendant notre absence et un peu loin du centre-ville de Memphis.

There was no hot water and the room had a wet, musty smell. The breakfast made me sick. However, the staff was very nice and above all, I do appreciate having a room and not having to drive home between my 2-day conference that was held at the hotel.

Clean room. Bed was very soft. Lighting limited especially in bath. Nice shower and large soft towels.
