清潔感があり掃除が行き届いておりとても綺麗でした。スタッフの方も笑顔で対応してくださり、気持ちの良い旅をすることができました。大浴場にはロウリュー付きサウナもあり、室内にも露天風呂があったりと、チェックアウトぎりぎりまで楽しみました。夕飯・朝食とも美味しかったです。飲み物の提供も素早く、スムーズに食事ができました。朝食のごはんもおかわりすることができて、主人も満足そうでした。もう一度、宿泊したい施設です。

露天風呂付きのホテルを探していて、今回初めて水上を訪問しました。
スタッフも親切で、ご飯も大変美味しく満足出来ました！

ホスピタリティーとは
Publié le 13 janv. 2024 sur Hotels2泊利用しました。日本語が拙いスタッフがフロントにいるせいか、ゲストに対しての施設の説明がわかりづらかった。大浴場があるにも関わらず、その説明もなく、聞かれたのは食事の時間のみでした。
QRコードを読み込むことで、そこで確認する事ができるとしても、万人にとってそれがベストかどうか果たして疑問です。2泊するのに、三日目以降じゃないと、ゴミ捨て、清掃もしないのは、清潔度の観点から、理解を超えます。リネン交換の要不要はゲスト次第としても、最低限、ベッドメイキング、ゴミ捨ては、どんな海外のホテルでもそれは行ってくれています。その点、再考願います。

スタッフの皆さんの笑顔がとてもステキでしたし、お料理も大満足。またお伺いしたい宿でした。テラスからの満天の星空が忘れられません。もちろん、お湯も良かったです。

Clean, comfortable hotel with Pte bath, indoor n outdoor onsens with good view of the Tone River. The daily breakfast was great, we can order western or Japanese set the day before.
Dinner menu was delicious with good choices and nice presentation of the food. Dinner is about 6 courses. This hotel was only opened in Nov 22, well kept with auto checking in and checking out. They provide shuttle bus to station at 9.15/10.15 in the morning and pick up services at Jomokagen station at 14:55/15:55 hours. Overall, v happy to have chosen this hotel. Highly recommended.

I loved that I had my own onsen. As a tourist I'm not comfortable going to public onsen so this was the best. I loved soaking in the privacy of my own room. This hotel was the best. The staff, the food, and the view! Loved everything about this hotel.
