Nothing worked and nothing was clean.
Publié le 26 févr. 2024 sur HotelsUpon checking in we were informed that the pool and jacuzzi were under repair and not available. We requested a room that we normally stay in, and it was not clean. There was food and trash left on the floor. Also one of the beds had dirty linens that we had to change. The drink machine at breakfast was broke and there were two slices of bread and one bagel available in the bins. The washing machine on our floor was out of order. The elevator smelled terrible and the walls and floor were filthy inside. We were also told that no pets stay on the third floor, thats why request that floor because we are allergic. Yet we were woke up to a very large dog on our floor. The hotel had only about 8 cars in the parking lot, so they were not totally booked. We stay at this hotel at least once a month while in town visiting family and this is the worst I have seen it. I refuse to pay these rates for a one-star condition hotel that this one has become. I will be looking at staying somewhere else while in town.

Unfortunately the pool and hottub were out of service. They did announce at check-in- however because I booked and paid in full I could not cancel and they couldnt even give me a discount which they also offered. Otherwise 5 star rating

Only change would be not to stay in same room on ground floor - the smoke/fire monitor was cycling on and off all night - made a high pitch buzzing in the room as if we had tinnitus. Wasnt enough for us to change room though; but we didnt realize what it was until morning! Breakfast was good.
