It was a little hard to find but that could just be me. Even with gps it wasn’t obvious where the driveway was. There were no glasses in my room and only a quarter roll of TP. I thought that was odd. Like the room had not been serviced. And no clock? But the room was clean. The heater turned on and off every 30 seconds. Made it hard to sleep.

I stayed here with my boyfriend for 3 nights and it was amazing! When we came 5 hours earlier than check-in time, they were able to get us an upgraded room free of charge so that we could check in early! The staff was beyond helpful and courteous, I was very impressed. For the price that you pay, this was an awesome stay and I’d recommend it to anyone!

Very comfortable room, and polite and helpful staff. Took a bit for the water to warm up, but it got there. Breakfast had very limited selection, but coffee was always on. Location near lots of shopping and good restaurants.

Every feature of this proprrty shines. The staff is kind and attentive. Rooms are clean and w/ o carpet,so our allergies are not affected.It is now my main hotel when visiting the twin cities. MN area.

Everything was great from checking to the stay the lady was super sweet and helpful was also super quick and easy no problems. The room was nice and clean! The price was great! Mall of America was a short 15min drive and there was several of restaurants and stores around! Highly recommend.

The beds were comfortable but the bathroom tub needs to have something on the bottom to help it not be so slippery. Breakfast needs to have more items added. Not a lot of choices fit a continental breakfast.

The front desk staff was extraordinary... So friendly and kind and so accommodating. The cold breakfast options were quality foods and delicious. There were several protein options. So very nice since there were no hot foods. Our bed was comfortable and the rooms and the facilities that we used were all very clean. We will definitely stay there again.

Clean, well-organized, updated and well-maintained room, had everything I needed and more, very large TV. Bathroom was well supplied with plenty of towels, and tub attached shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Motel was very clean, staff was courteous, informative and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic! Very well-organized area, which was re-supplied often. Many choices, enough to have options for a gluten intolerant person.
