The door to the outside (like, that you should need a key card to enter) was missing and replaced with a piece of plastic sheeting. The pool was out of order and locked shut with a padlock. The place reeked of cigarette smoke. We left, and they said we would get our money back. Our money is not in our account yet. I have photos to share as well. It was absolutely disgusting and I would never ever consider staying there. How are they in business still?

I barely write reviews but I was so disappointed and what a waste of money 🙁…
The room had crumbs on the floor and cleanliness wise was overall not great. The shower drain was clogged and would slowly drain. The toilet barely flushed. The bed was terrible… and no way was it a queen size like anticipated. We actually left a day early bc we barely slept. There was no pool or hot tub accessible…it’s hard to say when the last time it was even functioning.

Our "non-smoking" room smelled like somebody was smoking in it for the past 20 years.

The outside area was not kept up. The back door was never locked. It was open at all times to anyone

The owner must smoke because the hallway near the front desk smells like smoke. Very dated, but it seemed clean. The mattress was a rock. I assume there was springs in there but no give, like laying on plywood. Didn't even stay the second night.
