Avis The Sun House - The villa is located near many attractions

My family and I had an amazing stay at the Sun House. It is definitely a spacious property close to everything. Vittorio and his family were more than welcoming and communication was not an issue at all. We definitely recommend the Sun house and will be booking any time we visit the Scuari/Minturno area!

Das Ferienhaus hat alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Die Klimaanlage hat uns entspannte Nächte bei extremer Hitze ermöglicht! Sollte etwas fehlen, kümmern sich die Inhaber sofort! Vielen Dank an Vittorio und seine Familie für die Gastfreundschaft!

Eravamo 5 ragazzi ed abbiamo trascorso una bella settimana in questa casa. Siamo stati molto bene. Il soggiorno è stato molto confortevole. La casa è spaziosa, ben tenuta, pulita, tranquilla con un bel giardino dove poter cenare con calma ed al fresco. La posizione della casa è in un luogo tranquillo ma allo stesso tempo vicino alla spiaggia ed ai servizi come supermercati ristoranti ecc. Il proprietario è gentile e molto disposnibile alle esigenze di chi soggiorna. Infine le foto dell'annuncio rispecchiano fedelmente la casa. Consigliamo davvero il soggiorno in questa casa sia per la bellezza della stessa che del bel posto in cui è situata!!! Speriamo di ritornarci presto!!!!!

The Sun House. — We are group of 6 people consisting 2 kids, 1 Teen, and 3 Adults. It was a big spacious gorgeous house, spotless, organized and secured. We had private access to an own garden and a pavilion, where we spent our breakfast and grill session's. We woke up every morning and went to bed totally relaxed, seeing that amazing view from the balcony. On the left side, the captivating sea and on the right side the impressive National Park of Monti Aurunci. Compelling view day and night. The Family. — Vittorio and his family were so welcoming. Hospitable, Child friendly, Animal friendly and accommodating. No matter what and no matter when, they are ready to help. Such amazing, exceptional people. Location. — The house is located in between the sea and the countryside. Shore, Supermarkets, Shops, Restaurants, Bars are optional accessible by feet. If you have so many stuffs or goods to carry then better by car (rapid and effortless). Activities. — There are so many activity options. Swimming, Hiking, Shopping - Wednesday Bazaar recommended :) ... Excursions to Rome, Naples, Ercolano Pompeii, Amalfi Coast, to the Islands of Ischia, Ponza, Capri. Short Trips to Sperlonga, Gaeta, Formia, Suio Terme. Overall: Perfect, The safest accommodation we've ever had. The splendid Family (Host) you can wish for. So far the best holiday experience for the last 6 years in Italy we've ever had. For the Family: Thank you so much for being part of our journey. All the best of everything. We will be back for sure. I have been traveling to Italy for several years and I have to say that it was the best place I've ever been. A beautiful and big house, nice home family who lived in the next house and gorgeous garden with sitting under the pergola. No problem with communication with the owner. There were many interesting places for a trip around Scauri. The only unpleasant thing was a longer distance from the sea, but we walked every day, it could be done. Very nice place for vacation.
