The Space:

This resort 3-Bedroom, 2.5 Bath townhome has 8 beds and can accommodate up to 13 people. You’ll love the private hot tub, vaulted ceilings, spacious bi-level layout, and newly designed Game Room which includes a ping pong table, foosball table, darts, and bag toss, along with seating and gathering space for 12 as well as tennis and basketball equipment for the on-premises courts outside.. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay in Moab comfortable. Full appliances including a gas range, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, and built-in microwave are found in the kitchen. A high chair and two Pack n Plays are also included in this unit. As an added luxury, a gas fireplace is located in the large living room.



The master bedroom features a balcony overlooking Moab’s rim and a spacious master bath with three roomy closets. The Master Bedtroom has a King Bed, The 2nd bedroom has a Queen, and the 3rd bedroom has 3 triple stack bunk beds. Smart TVs are located throughout the unit with inputs for your video game fun. A brand new Entertainment Lounge has been added next to the garage with a large screen TV, sofa, Fuseball table, Ping Pong table, and a dartboard. For outdoor fun, the unit comes with sports equipment such as tennis racquets with tennis balls and basketballs. Many sets of playing cards and games are perfect for your family game night. Some other amenities in this unit are a washer and dryer, 2 Car Garage, a complex swimming pool with spa, and basketball and tennis courts.

Guest Access:

All of our units utilize self check-in procedures. You will receive instructions for locating your unit and gaining entrance through your Airbnb portal as well as via email, once booked. All of our units have either a lock-box by the front door or digital locks on the doors.



The Neighborhood:

Moab is your gateway to adventure. Our famous national parks, Arches and Canyonlands, are just a short drive away. Hiking, Biking, Rafting, and Off-roading are all accessible from Moab.



Getting Around:

You will want a car to get you to all our wonderful outdoor activities. We have properties located right in downtown that are walking distance to our stores and restaurants. We also have properties located just minutes from downtown that will give you closer access to the golf course, trails, etc.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Please don't try to attempt to access your unit prior to 4:00 PM. Our housekeepers need time to make the units as nice as possible for you.
