This south facing apartment is on an elevated site with stunning sea and mountain views, with its villas dotted here and there across the mountain, and can be seen from every window. There is also a 22 sq m terrace, fully equipped with dining table/chairs for 6 people and 2 sunbeds with large umbrella if you decide to take to the shade for the hottest part of the day. As the sun shines on this terrace all day long, this is a great spot to watch the sun rise as the boats go out to sea or watch them come back in with all their catch as the sun sets. This prime fully equipped apartment (including WiFi)is set into the mountains is in a quiet tranquil setting and yet only 5 minutes from the extensive 5km beach on Mojacar Playa. The apartment is literally 5/10 minutes walk from all the local amenities-
best beach, supermarket, many bars. A wide variety of restaurants to choose from, bus services etc. Car hire not required but recommended if you want to fully appreciate the area. The apartment has its own designated parking space too. Bicycles can be hired locally if you so wish. A lift and stairs is available to this 4th floor apartment.

Inside this air conditioned of an apartment, we have a seperate kitchen fully equiped with Oven, Electric cooker, Microwave, full size Fridge Freezer, Washing machine, Iron, Ironing board,Coffee machine, Toaster.

The double bedroom is en suite.

The Single bedroom has one single bed and a set of bunk beds.

The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a bath, toilet, sink and bidet.

TV is both a spanish tv system (DTV) and satellite system with an extensive range of channels.

We have a wide variety of reading material also.

Towels and Beach towels are also supplied.

Very close by are beautiful areas of interest such as Mojacar Pueblo (9km), port town of Garrucha (10km) Both are accessible by the local bus service, the fishing village of Villaricos (15km). In the other direction the spectacular coast road winds its way through the Cabo de Gata National Park towards Carboneras (21km)

Everything is within easy reach once you come onto the Playa which is 5-7 minutes walk downhill from the apartment.

There is a Water Park in the nearby town of Vera- about 20 minutes drive or you can also take the bus which stops just down from the apartment where it meets the Playa and runs regularly and on time!

We can assist you with transport to and from the airport if required, from both Almeria, Murcia and Alicante airports. Transport costs are payable locally also.
