I have stayed at a lot of Quality Inns, this is easily the most run down one I have ever been in. It looks much newer then it is on the inside because at some point, a secondary wall was built around the existing motel to enclose it, however, I've seen this before, so it's not bad in and of itself, just something to be aware of that the property is much older than it appears from looking at the outside. The rooms are pretty run down, though they were at least marginally updated in the last 10yrs with a laminate flooring. The bed was just fine, no complaints there. The bathroom, however, had enamel quite warm off in the bathtub, and the tub also desperately needed to be re-calked asap. I should have taken pictures, it looked terrible, so I did not take a shower. There was a coffee pot though with coffee, and the room was very clean, though with a very strong musty lysol smell. Breakfast was fine with eggs, sausage, and the normal carb stuff. It was decent for the price, no complaints there. Staff was fine and helpful. This property needs some serious maintenance and love. The outside is pretty a bit dirty with trash on the grass around the property and some in the parking lot. Just some basic stuff that could be fixed to improve the property. Overall, it's okay, but there are better properties in the area, within this price range.

Your staff is so very kind, competent, and helpful. You’ve got the right people at the front desk. Common areas: lobby, breakfast area, hallways all impressively clean. Easy parking, and staff quickly address any concerns mentioned to them. HOWEVER, room 2033 left much to be desired in the maintenance department. Shower curtain stained, rust on tissue dispenser, bathtub surface deteriorated, grout in poor shape in shower corner. Floors “appeared” clean, but when I wiped up a small water spill the washcloth shone black with dirt. In room 2031, the the swinging door safety latch was broken off. Hopefully next page will allow me to post photos. The problem at this Q-Inn appears to be with their corporate headquarters failing to invest in upgrades to the physical interior of the two rooms I experienced. I’m also guessing the equipment required to do deep cleaning of the laminate floors is not provided to those that clean the rooms. I say that because I witnessed all the staff cleaning common areas with the utmost attention to thoroughness. THAT SAID, excellent like-new towels, comfy beds and pillows, sufficient selection of TV channels. Good location next to airport, ample parking, and only a couple minutes drive to restaurants, airport, gas station, and shopping mall. Again: WONDERFUL STAFF! I’d stay here again.

Not only is the shuttle nonfunctional, but the privacy curtains are see-thru, the shower faucet was hanging by a thread, the shower floor was rough and uneven, and the bathroom ceiling tiles were out of place, showing the full insides in a very unhygenic condition. If I was at all coming back, I would never stay there again. I would have canceled the reservation as soon as I saw the room. Especially after the elevator was out of service as well.

The staff, especially those at the front desk are always spectacular and the breakfast buffet is just awesome and they do a great job of maintaining it. For the price, this is one of my most favorite places to stay in the quad cities.

They advertised a shuttle to the airport and there was NO SHUTTLE. There were visible stains on the furniture. They repaired some of the wall near a towel rack but it was not painted. The doors that connected the rooms had about a 1 inch gap on the bottom so it sounded like my neighbor was in my room. Never again.
