The air quality in the room felt poor to us. We have allergies. Not sure if it was the perfumes or dogs that irritated us. Everything else was okay.

Nice clean hotel. Loved the filtered water sensor in the lobby. Showers are not made for taller people either haha or easily adjustable... Not pleased with the deposit taking 3-7 business days to be returned!! Especially after being told we'd get it back upon check out! Our hotel stay was paid in advance in full.. very frustrating!

This property was absolutely spotless. There were staff continually cleaning. The staff were all very helpful and you could tell they enjoyed being at work. Their breakfast staff was super helpful and their rooms were spacious. We were pleasantly surprised. It seems that this hotel and 7 others. Including the one that houses Sophia and Spritz are all owned by the same family!! This makes sense as it truly felt as we were staying with family. Outstanding experience.
