The lady who checked us in was excellent and so accommodating! We truly appreciated her finding us an upgrade ! We visit fairly often and she certainly was the best we have encountered. Our stay was great as usual . Would love to have more than 2 facecloths and towels in room so we wouldn’t need to be asking more more every time .

We found that the front desk staff was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. The whole building overall needs a facelift. Paper is peeling at corners and the building has a dull look. For such premium pricing one expects more. Casino and restaurant staff were nice but the front desk lacked.

I picked this room as it had kitchen facilities and I knew we would eat supper in as to not leave our dog alone however there were no utensils, plates, pots or pans. In other words the kitchen was useless and I didn’t need to waste the extra money on it!!

My problem was with Expedia they had put the wrong name on my confirmation! It was very difficult for me to get checked in. They put noreenyoungsavoie as the name not just Noreen savoie . It took some time for the hotel to accept my reservation. Please check the proper name as was on the payment information I gave Expedia. The hotel almost would not accept my reservation. Lots of stress

It took close to an hour of standing in line to do the check in. This is not reasonable, the process needs to be improved or have more staff on hand to get the check in done. Also, at 7 pm we were listening to music in our room and we received a call from the front desk that our music was too loud. Funny, as I had not turned the volume down to answer the phone and the receptionist was able to hear me talking and I could hear her very clearly also. I would say it was probably the same volume as if we would have been watching tv. Not a great experience!
