Good value but needs to be updated soon

Its an older hotel now and hasnt really been refreshed. Its very dark inside the hallways etc. and not the most appealing. The location is still great (just off the highway to Shediac and beaches) and near downtown, Champlain Place shopping mall etc. Parking was free and breakfast included too and was quite good each day.

Breakfast bar was very good, well stocked, cleaned and tidied promptly; Fitness Centre was fine unfortunately several of equipment were out of order; guest laundry needs attention the dryer was broken fortunately the reception staff arranged for my laundry load to be dried in-house; T.V. Cable package needs to be expanded to include Canadian football.

Our bed had hair in it and the lady immediately said I can’t switch you rooms . We had to ask if she could send someone up to change the sheets . The offered us a bath Matt for a towel to use for the pool
