The hotel is clean and rooms large however they are very dated for the almost $300 per night that is asked. Hotel should be half the price. Also fees changed last minute... I had emailed asking damage deposit amount. Was told $50 per night, got to hotel it was now $200... when I checked my credit card, it was actually $204.

I always generally enjoy my stay at the casino. I was very suprised during this stay to be woken multiple times during the night by a barking dog. This has never happened before and it was quite annoying and lead to a terrible nights sleep.

The property seems to be getting old. The rooms aren’t very appealing, maybe they need to be spruced up, add a splash of color. Dining is limited. Also we were there in the summer and we were saying wouldn’t it be nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Maybe a green space outside. Just needs to be more inviting!

I like to gamble, so it was a convenient place to stay. We had a deluxe 2 Queen room that is nothing like the pictures on Expedia or their own website. If what we were given for a room is "deluxe", I wouldn't want to stay in a regular room.

Everything was great except check-in

When we came to check-in there were two people working the front desk. One of them simply kept answering the phone rather than helping the people lined up in front of her and at no point did she inform the people in line that she wasn’t going to be assisting them. Eventually, after answering her third call in a row and ignoring the guests in front of her, everyone moved over to the back of the other line and had to start their wait over. I understand needing to answer the phone, but at least inform the people standing in front of you that you won’t be assisting them. Also, help the guest IN your hotel before using resources to help people calling for future dates.

This hotel was sub-par and I would not return. The outside was laden with cigarette butts and garbage. The parking lines were virtually non-existant. There is no room service. The worst experience by far was the shower. There is no way to avoid being shocked with cold water when turning on the shower as the control is directly under the shower nozzle and there is no way sidestep the spray when it is turned on; also, the stream was not strong and pity help anyone with long hair trying to get conditioner out. The soap, etc. containers were at the far end of the shower enclosure which was approximately ten feet long so there was much walking back and forth on a slippery floor . The fridge was the worst excuse for a fridge that I have ever encountered in a hotel and needs desparately to be replaced. There was no rack for a suitcase and lastly, we kept stubbing our feet and shins on the bed frame.
