Disappointing
Found a sock in the bed; the pool area was fairly disappointing. The site said pool opens at 7 so we went down around then. Waterslide (main reason we came to this hotel) wasn't turned on and the front desk told us someone would be there between 7 and 730. I called down to the front desk around 745 and they said the waterslide opens at 8. So we waited til 830 and still no one had come. The towels were also completely depleted and there was a full basket of them. It hadn't been cleaned in there. There was a lot of hair in the pool and lots of noticeable rust and debris at the bottom of the waterslide. I found staff to be kind and the restaurant was by far the best part. I don't believe I will be attending this hotel again sadly.
