We have come to this resort many times but it seems to be getting less desirable to come. They kicked kids and teenagers out of the indoor pool last night. I can understand kicking them out of the indoor spa itself for the adults but not the pool. So if it rains hard, the kids must be swimming outside? That’s not family friendly. They also took a long time to provide pool towels and bath robes.

The water was lukewarm in the adult pool. No music playing. The coffee machine did not work, nor did the bathroom fan. Bed hard as rock. Food was bland. Don't waste your money.

Overall the facility was dirty, hallway carpets look like they've never been cleaned or vacuumed. Carpets in room only a little better. Overall dingy. Not impressed at all, unfortunately because of them I probably won't go to Harrison again. Only reason we went there was because of the hot spring that they happen to be the only one with it in their hotel. Definitely could use a remodeling in that place, spend a little bit of the money that they overcharged us for it. Also the $58 Resort fee was a little extreme I believe.

Staff are well-informed about the property and signs and direction to the pool area are easy to follow. Just wish that there will be an earlier check-in and longer check-out time.

We got a upgrade when we signed in..that was nice, one robe missing and they brought it up but it took over an hour but it was check in time so i get it. Was not impressed with paying $70.00 for a the breakfast that i ate yogurt and my friend had just some fruit...had i known we were going to get charged for it we wouldnt of gone , we would of stop elsewhere on our way home. We thought it was complimentary.
