The room was pretty dirty. You could tell the floors were not vacuumed, and there was hair in the bathtub. But every time I go here which is quite often, the housekeeping skills are always not very good Everything else was great

Staff were friendly. Facilities were clean and beautiful. Room was spacious with comfortable beds. Parking is quite far from building entrance. Pools are heavily chlorinated.

Been to this location multiple times but this visit was the worst one. Check in was unprofessional, room was small and missing items, pool area was messy and extremely busy, especially with children. So definitely not a relaxing visit at all this time, which is unfortunate because we were there celebrating a birthday

I pity the staff. The inmates r running the asylum! Looks like peeps open the door, hav their kids puke in the hall AND leave it! Nasty peeps. NO QUIET areas, kids playing, peeps talking in ALL. Quiet areas r NOT observed/enforced. Again I don’t blame the staff, I wld NOT approach the Animals either!

Lovely old hotel . Don’t expect anything fancy , you are staying at old hotel that has charm . Hot springs were killer !

Staff was courteous and room was clean. The rooms get made up every other day so you have to do restocking yourself if you run out of anything. The shared areas and the pool areas were left wanting. Random garbage, floors in need of vacuuming and piles of towels all around.

The staff were very nice and the hotel was beautiful. The only thing they can really do better on is cleaning the pools every day. My wife and I went there for my birthday in December and the pools had a lot of leaves and pine needles in them.
