We have come to this resort many times but it seems to be getting less desirable to come. They kicked kids and teenagers out of the indoor pool last night. I can understand kicking them out of the indoor spa itself for the adults but not the pool. So if it rains hard, the kids must be swimming outside? That’s not family friendly. They also took a long time to provide pool towels and bath robes.

The staff who checked us in was very rude and unpleasant we needed upgrade in room but he wasn’t helpful he was blaming us for not making the right reservation and he said he gave us a lake view room but it wasn’t lake view room he also gave us a room at the end of the ail and the lights in the walking closet wasn’t working . They also checked us out even we were still in the room and they closed all the lights they are not kids friendly he said if kids are playing at the swimming pool he will ask us to leave I was really disappointed paid my money to be treated like homeless

Always great to be here but the service is very slow! No towels and took 1 hour to bring. Waiting for bell ma for 45 minutes. The smell in the room was terrible and the hallway smell like vet hospital.

The room was small, had a carpet that was ancient and smelled horrible. I felt that the only option was to upgrade or leave. I would not have stayed in that room. The meal in the copper room was disgraceful for the price I paid. Minute rice…. They couldn’t even make rice in a rice cooker. Then frozen vegetables and frozen fish with what looked like leftover hollandaise sauce on it. I will not likely return until a change of ownership. So disappointed as I used to love going there. It felt like luxury. This was like watching a hotel go bankrupt.

Room was clean, though the door between our room and the other guest room was unlocked upon arrival. Opened the door and thankfully the other guests had not yet arrived. Needed to block door with a chair.

I love coming here for a spirit reboot & can forgive the age of the building however some basic care needs to be given to washing the windows at ends of hallways & replacing carpet in the hallways & rooms of west tower & west wing.
