This property needs an update. We did have a wonderful time with the outdoor hot springs pools and amenities. However, the rooms and hallways really need work.

Someone smoked in my room but hotel did give me new room so I was very satisfied, the indoor pool supposed to be quiet zone, but appears that nobody is enforcing it.

Soo relaxing. Love the aesthetic and variety of pools for adults vs. families, indoor vs. outdoor. Daytime dips are divine. Late night dips bring a different vibe. The carpet in our room (main building) told a lifetime of stories, but that's to be expected. The bed was super comfortable. Worth staying two nights to really soak it all in.

We stayed in the oldest part of the hotel, which is extremely dated and not worth the money. There were sunflower seeds on the floor around the bed, and the bathroom drain was/is draining extremely slow. The bathroom had a loud humming that we could not control. One of the beds was saggy. You can tell that the pool area was once amazing, but there are tiles falling off everywhere and it does not seem as though it's cleaned regularly. I bet this hotel was really something years ago, but the guest rooms have been let go, and I feel ripped off. The staff were underwhelming and unengaged. Please don't say "Thanks for staying with us. We appreciate your feedback!" Please pass this on to ownership, although I'm not sure they care.

The hotel experience was good. However, I ordered 1 chicken wing and 1 nacho at the island bar in the resort, and they said it would take 15 to 20 minutes, so I waited, but I waited for an hour. I asked the waitress, but they told me to wait until called. Even though the food was ready, they didn't know. I felt bad about the employee's unfriendly words and actions.

We waited in a long line up for an hour to check in. I gave a 4 star for staff and service ONLY because once we dealt with someone at the front desk, they were efficient & friendly. Also, the housekeeping staff were excellent! Apparently there had been some labour issues (striking) the previous week. The front desk staff appeared to be acting under a work to rule situation......both my husband and I were Union employees when we were working, and understand these situations, but it doesn't make the situation any better. Also, the place is a zoo in the summer. We didn't even use the pools because of the amount of people. We don't usually travel in the summer months , and definitely won't stay here again during the summer.
