The receptionist on shift tonight did excellent customer service. She’s polite and quick to respond. She has warm smile and willingness to help. Actually, all of them are great! Same experience the next day during breakfast and check out.

Very clean hotel and very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. But be aware that if you sensitive to traffic noise the rooms on the side facing the freeway may be a bit noisy for some people. I note that the hotel does provide ear plugs. I would stay here again.

We found a bed bug. We found it because it was bitting my husband’s arm. The night staff was amazing and very helpful. The manager however talked over me and called me a lier.
