Shower flooded bathroom every time it was used. | Safe was locked so couldn’t use it. | We were given a voucher for Denny’s the night before we left so couldn’t use it. | Staff were ineffective. | We had booked this hotel over others because there was a hot tub but the hot tub was out of service for the 4 days we were there. Very disappointing.

The rooms was quite dirty — the cabinets were streaked with grease, dirt. The bedroom smelled like some persons dirty oily hair and body. The pillows were smelly and the bed sheets had pee stains — round pee stains! The bathroom — bathtub had a filmy oily residue and tons of hair clogging the tub

We were upgraded to a King Suite and it was AMAZING. Felt like having our own wee apartment and it even had a view of Mt. Baker. It was very clean! Also, the bed was amazingly soft and comfortable and the shower water pressure was so good haha

Beautiful hotel, fantastic staff BUT the location is right between the Fraser Highway, Highway 1 and Mt Lehman Rd, 3 of the major roads in the lower mainland. Bring earplugs to sleep for sure as traffic never slows down.
