Customer service was the number one thing that stood out for me. I've stayed in more expensive hotels and have not had the top-notch service like I did during our trip August long weekend there. I had booked the wrong hotel by mistake as we were all there for a wedding and we were supposed to book in the same hotel as all of the rest of our relatives, closer to city centre. But, my husband, myself and my mother did not regret my mistake one bit! Even though it was far from the wedding venue, the drive took no time. Straight shot to and from, and sooo inexpensive with our Uber rides we took back and forth. We definitely will stay here again if we ever have to be in Langley. The area was so quiet, even though there were tons of weddings happening and lots of kids around, the grounds, the hallways and the rooms were quiet. The area itself is such a nice little neighbourhood, that when you go for a walk to a store or one of the many restaurants around you don't feel like you're in the city at all. All of the staff from the front desk to housekeeping to maintenance. We're all so attentive we felt like all of the guests were priority! I can't say enough about this hotel, except that you won't regret your choice.

The hotel is conveniently located near the highway, and within easy walking distance of stores and a variety of restaurants. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful when I needed to resolve an issue with my reservation. It's perfect for one night when traveling through the area and I would stay there again.
