Rooms were clean, staff friendly, easily accessible. Bed was too soft, pool and hot tub were dirty (alot of things floating in the pool.. so gross, couldn't stay in it) no way to turn on hot tub jets, ice machine only worked on 1 floor.

Tiny terrible gym with two pieces of equipment broken, ice machines broken, hot tub jets broken, water fountain broken, sink tap in room leaked all over counter, shower head garbage. Really outdated. Rusty metal everywhere in pool room. They should have a staff meeting at a real hotel to see what it should be. Way over priced for what it was

Swimming pool was great for the little one. The free breakfast was a bonus, the reason I picked this one over the others. The room was fine, large and fairly quiet.
