Location overlooking beautiful bay. Wish I could have had ocean view or have a balcony. Rooms need to be described more fully so I would chose the correct room.

Staff were welcoming - despite an exceptionally late arrival. Room was clean and quiet. Area is walkable with beautiful waterfront views. Exceptional value for your money. Would highly recommend!

This is a wonderful hotel. We highly recommend staying here. It's across the street from the beach and walking distance from restaurants and ice cream shops. The room is updated and comfortable. The staff is friendly and nice. We will definitely come back!

Check in was easy, double the price for a room with an ocean veiw. Close to the beach, decent place with friendly staff. The rooms are not very sound proof, was awakened by by somebodies cell phone music, and rail road across the street was noisy, over all i would stay again.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and in an excellent location right across the street from Boundry Bay east beach. I stayed in a third floor room which was well equipped with a full kitchen/breakfast bar, king size bed, a desk and two comfortable upholstered chairs. The room had a partial ocean view. The balcony was quite spacious but east facing and too hot to sit outside during an heat wave in July 2024, unless it was early morning or evening. I strongly suggested upon checkout that an umbrella would make it possible me to comfortably sit outside. The cafe was very convenient but service, although cheerful, was slow. But overall I thought the Ocean Promenade was great an excellent hotel and I will stay again when I return to Vancouver.

I would like to have known in advance (at least when I called late in the afternoon of check-in) that on-site underground parking is limited to half (?!) of rooms. First come, first served. Fortunately I was able to pay- park across the street after 9 pm and the car was fine the next morning. Otherwise, the staff and hotel were great, and I'll come again.

This is my 3rd or 4th time at Ocean Promenade. Always a great stay. Beach across the road. Even enjoy the train going by. Would highly recommend this property.
