Very nice hotel right across from the water. Very clean, friendly staff, they helped us with an upgraded room. Room was modern and spacious. Beds comfortable and we slept well. Balcony had great views. With doors closed room was quiet from outside noise. Will recommend this others!!

Room is clean and well-supplied. Bed is comfortable. Need to close window at night or else freight train noise will wake you up. Wall is thin so you can basically hear your neighbors conversations and baby crying. The balcony outside the window is only available to the neighbors so always have to keep the blinds closed. The extra 30 dollars for parking per night with no guarantee you will get a parking as first come first serve : the added unnecessary stress The in room AC was loud; had to turn it off to sleep at night

One issue with buying rooms on Expedia is that you get the worst room in the hotel. This is an ocean-front property and our room was on the opposite side with zero view and no balcony. Yes. It was quite nice- comfortable and had a fake fireplace that was charming. As well as a $10 coupon for breakfast in the attached cafe. Would maybe stay again but not book through Expedia.

The smaller hotel rooms head board shares the same wall to the bigger hotel rooms bathroom so you hear tons of noise. The close proximity of the heavy doors slam shut at all hours from other guests. Lots of broken light fixtures and other things in the room. Overall just very outdated for the price. Nice dark curtains, comfortable bed,no microwave. Heated bathroom floors. Very small oddly laid out room. Enjoyed how clean it was for the most part. Rather travel to the beach next time and stay at a better hotel for the price . Loved the staff up front and liked supporting a business in our old home town. Just feel the place needs some upgrades.
