Our room was nice and clean. I really liked the pool and hot tub area. Check in was quick with friendly service. I also liked the little area for coffee and cold water. A very nice breakfast with friendly service was available for a good amount of time, 6:30-10:30. Parking was great, and hotel easy to get to. The only thing I would improve was the mattress and pillows. The mattresses were a bit lumpy and all the pillows were thick would have been nice to have a thin one for an option.

The property was renovated and is newer. The rate was okay, but the location is in a tough spot (in the middle of two highways), so it was difficult to move around to restaurants or other amenities

This Best Western exceeded any expectations I could’ve had. Their service has been top notch. From accommodating me with receiving parcels that arrived before my arrivals to an extremely smooth and courteous check-in. The room was also very clean and comfortable. It’s conveniently located in Langley close to shops/restaurants. Would recommend and would also use this hotel again. Thank you to the front desk and management!

The amount of unhoused people around this hotel is frightening. I’m from Vancouver and I found it too much. Staff were unfriendly. Not rude just not friendly. VERY old facilities but that’s the lower mainland Will not be returning
