There was a McDonald cup with fluid on the coat hanging rack. I didn’t see it until I was packing to leave. Lorin bottle was empty. Bed was good and we had great sleep

The pool was closed for maintenance and that was the only reason we chose this hotel. We had already booked a non refundable room when they called to inform us. The breakfast was ok. Our bed was awful. They put us in a double room but we booked a queen. Wasn’t worth arguing over. Parking wasn’t great, but Tim Hortons is right beside it. Pros and cons for sure, but likely would not go back.

It’s a busy commercial area with some refuse indicative of areas with a lot of fast food joints. There’s a lot of food choice within walking distance of the hotel so that’s a good thing.

The staff were kind and helpful. The facility is well maintained. It is such a convenient location to shopping, restaurants and airport. Continental breakfast featured delicious homemade waffles, fruit, cereal, toast & eggs. We so enjoyed our stay!

Our room was clean and safe and the area is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. More options at breakfast would be nice (there was boiled eggs, toast and waffles offerred). I also think the gym and pool hours should be open earlier than 10am so theres more opportunity to use the facilities.
