Our last night there were what must of been hockey teams. At 1130 pm we went out of our room to find ice cubes all over the floor. On carpet n tile. Went to go into the elevator n slipped as I got into the elevator thank goodness I managed not to fell. Told the front desk personnel but nothing was done about the wet floor in elevator or the ice on carpet. Next morning which was this morning there was a bottle still laying in the same place from the night before. Other then this issue the hotel was a good hotel

The only thing was I had to ask the front desk to put on the Olympics on all stations for breakfast, as who , during regular times, wants to look at the weather station!! He happily obliged. On all televisions, and the people all watched 🇨🇦 go for medals. Keep this up as this only happens every two years. After that , put on some sports or something, not the boring weather station please . Happy the pool is opened late too. Great idea

Friendly staff, breakfast selections excellent however food could be hotter. Beds very comfortable, very clean. Minimal noise from some kids running the stairwell a few times, but didn't last long. Our room was missing a hair dryer, not ideal on the coldest day of the year but it was fine. Would stay again!
