They checked our room out twice in error. People walked into our room as my husband was changing. Literally 10 mins after we had just checked in- how do they check a room out twice? Pillow had blood on it. Asked 4 separate times for extra blanket and pillow No managers on duty at all, check in was chaos, lines of people waiting. We ended up leaving at 10pm with our 3 kids as there were people drinking and partying in the hallway so no one could sleep. After all that we couldnt even get a refund because it was booked through Travelocity. They gave us a free night stay which we will never use. Do not recommend Hyatt Moncton. Disappointed as it seemed so nice and new.

Clean, modern, comfortable. Great TV. Nice bathroom arrangement. Water pressure a little weak and could be a bit hotter. Unfortunately there is an active train track next to the building. Reasonable breakfast. Outstanding onsite Italian restaurant. Will stay there again.
