Very kind host, the only comment I would give is that i called them to ask if the rooms had private toilets, she told me yes but its not. Luckily we were the only customers on the second floor so we had the bathroom for ourselves. The room was very clean, only the toilet bowl could have been a bit cleaner, but overall it was fine for just one night, the room was quite big. The floors are very old floors that almost crack just while breathing. I recommend if you are not too picky.

Host was very nice Bedroom was comfy and somewhat clean The locks for doors and open door to the main area seems unsafe ( one main door to access the separate rooms had duct tape in it Smoking from other guest The presentation up to the rooms is terrible with narrow old stairway that was very dirty carpet Felt uneasy unsafe Just needs a major cleaning Rooms are quaint But I felt unsafe the whole night Outside of building seemed ok Pictures online seem to represent the rooms So good cleaning dusting and improved door locks and access to the units needs upgrades for safety reason And absolutely no smoking in building Fire alarm was not on In the room Location ok Tim’s around the corner for coffee fix

We will literally never stay anywhere other than here when we’re in Moncton ever again. The best customer service I have ever had, the couple who own the property are the sweetest, loveliest couple I’ve ever met. Be patient - if you’re rushed for time, plan to be there to check in early, but I promise you the attention and care you’re paid will be worth it. Sweet little breakfast of eggs, toast, fruit, coffee/tea, water and mini donuts were available for $12 added charge for 2 people. Freshly homemade by the owners in a dining room at your planned time for just you and your party. The bed was very comfortable - we stayed in the off house at 129 Walter, section A Room 1. Great couch, tv, night stands, and dresser - o key what you need. It said private bathroom included, but it was a single person washroom shared between another room, it appeared. It was right next to our room and we didn’t see another person while we were there anyway. Definitely staying again, and the best bang for your buck I’ve seen at that price! Not for anyone who is picky or fussy over small details. You know what to expect from the price, but happy with our whole experience! Thank you!

3 houses make up the Inn. They are not luxurious by any means, but the value is very good. Owners are very friendly and courteous. The bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet while I was there. Shared Bathroom, but there was no else in the unit so I had it all to myself

A bit of a shetchy area, a 20min walk from downtown. Reminded me of off-campus student housing, but the room and bathroom were clean. Be aware the "office" is in the proprietor couple's home, which is also where they personally prepare breakfast for guests. The proprietors are very nice, good value if you're a no-frills traveler.

Good enough for a place to stay

The room was in a separate building. Needed three keys to access. Private bathroom was actually accessible to others even though they had their own in-room. Older building. Comfortable enough and friendly proprietors.
