We stayed in a room with 4 beds which was excellent for our girls trip. And the pool and hot tub were just down the hall and both were clean and well maintained. The price was also excellent and the staff were friendly and professional.

Renovations were happening, our hallway was blocked off so we had to leave tge building if we wanted to go to the pool, terrible. Was told i was going to be given a discount since we stayed for 3 nights, but wasn’t given the discount. So disapointed, Probably wont be going again.

The front desk staff was really nice. The room was wheelchair accessible. The lights didn't work properly. The electrical sockets didn't work properly either. The front desk did eventually bring an extension cord to plug my CPAP mask in. The other issue, there was only 1 face cloth and 2 towels for 3 people. After the second request they brought us more towels. The breakfast was really good.

The service by the staff was really nice but the keys didn’t work most the time and I had to activate my key multiple times. I also found a Burger King crown in our lamp shade. There were no pool towels available. There was also no spare toilet paper so I had to ask front desk for another roll. I do want to say the gentleman working the front desk was very wonderful and accommodating for the things I needed.

Amazing hotel at a great price. We had a room with 4 Queen beds, and it was huge! The staff were friendly, hotel is clean. Nice pool and hot tub.

Doors slam like crazy. Need to be adjusted to close quieter. The slamming doors literally shook our room and made the room rattle. Delt with slamming doors and extrramly loud kids and adults running and hollaring in the halls until midnight and started back up at 6am our whole stay. No postings of quiet time. Place was a zoo. Less then 6hrs of sleep for us the whole stay. Our room did not get made up the second day here. We ran out of toilet paper. Went to the front desk 6 times only to find large crowds there every time and only one person at the desk.
