• Farmhouse: bright kitchen, master bedroom, twin bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with shower.



Outside, guests can enjoy a beautiful private pool (8x4m) with sea view, shaded outdoor dining area for 8 people under a pergola, relaxation gazebo, BBQ area, Mediterranean garden with fruit trees, and large private parking.



Both units are furnished in contemporary style and equipped with air conditioning.

The house set up:

The property consists of an ancient trullo and a small farmhouse, both restored in full respect of the local architectural traditions.



At the back of the farmhouse is the swimming pool (8x4m). Located on a slightly higher level than the colorful garden, the pool is one of the panoramic points of the structure and being shielded by a high hedge that guarantees total privacy to those who dive in, it is the ideal place for those seeking relaxation and tranquility.



The central entrance - which is reached by leaving behind the convenient private parking - leads to the small farmhouse that welcomes guests in a bright kitchen with a dining table. In this small farmhouse there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower.



Inside the trullo, which has an independent entrance, there is a living area with a sofa and a dining table, a kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and an additional bathroom with shower.

The outside of the house, on the other hand, consists of an outdoor dining area for 8 people arranged in a shaded area created by an elegant pergola, a relaxation area under a gazebo, a barbeque area and a swimming pool (8x4m) with a panoramic view of the valley that gently descends towards the sea.



The two housing units, furnished in a contemporary style, are both equipped with air conditioning.
