Quiet Montauk Experience

The condo is on the first floor, short flights of steps up, large outdoor deck and comfortable amenities, as in the listing. Easy to cook in the kitchen. Prompt responses from the owner when contacted.

The LIRR was not mentioned at all in the listing . End of the line diesel trains running constantly along with the smell of diesel . The place had linens / dishes that looked like grandmas attic . Finishes in bathroom were outdated . Lots of things to use no organization

Amenities with a view

Nice size condo for our family of 3. Spacious deck to enjoy an evening cocktail & watch the sunset. Pool & laundry were a plus. Clean & comfortable space. We didn’t have a car but we biked or took the hopper into town or the marina. Host gets an A++ for communication. Front desk manager was great.

I would rent this property again!

The propert was very clean and extremely comfortable. The view of the ocean was amazing, and the property had fantastic amenities. The condo itself was cozy, and perfect for three people. I particularly appreciated how easy it was to communicate with the owner, and how clear and easy it was to follow all of the propert instructions.

LDW Weekend in Montauk

This little getaway was in Montauk was fantastic. The unit was very close to the train station and town. The community was quiet and welcoming. The views were stunning from the deck. The furnishings were relatively dated as shown in the photos but we were out on the deck a good portion of the time anyway. Overall the unit was a good value for the price and we had a great time.

A Peaceful Stay

Location location location! Walking distance from LIRR stop, Surf Lodge, Duryea's, Navy Beach and Montauket. Super short drive to center of town and the marina. Beautiful view and easy access to Fort Pond Bay. The place isn't fancy, but if a comfortable bed, warm shower, cable tv, and good air conditioning is all you need, this place is fine. Chris, the host, is super nice and has great communication. Enjoy!
