Nice all inclusive. Most of the staff were kind. Service was quite slow. Beach was nothing more than just sand - no reefs or marine life. Room was very nice and clean. Got a free upgrade which made the stay more enjoyable with access to club areas. Good restaurants were great, the rest were sub par.

The redort looks grea!.We found the service to be generally friendly, but there were a few instances where we had to wait a while to get housekeeping service and they nener do a goodjob. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay, but it didn't particularly stand out.

The property was amazing. The staff was exceptional. I 10 out of 10 recommend this resort I only hope when I come back it’s not too crowded. It was a peaceful getaway for my first solo trip. I met so many wonderful people and the staff treated me like royalty. I really loved it.

We had a great trip. The meals were ok except when we are at Oregano. The food was excellent and Jodi our waitress was fantastic. We were in a party of 12 and everybody was very accommodating. The only negative experience we had was when we ate at Magna. The waitstaff was not super kind and kept telling us to be quiet. We were not being loud at all and we were in our own area to the side of the restaurant. Overall Magna food wasn’t very good so the rude staff just further proved that it wasn’t the place for us. Other than that, we had the best trip. Super helpful staff and the resort was very clean. We will be coming back!
