Stayed during Hurricane Melissa. Excellent service. Delicious food. Felt safe. Only lost electricity and internet for a few hours and then it was back up. Staff were very accommodating and did a great job preparing for the storm. It’s also a very nice and updated hotel. Will stay again in the future.

The smiles and great effort to give the same level of attention to the guest in spite of the great hardship they faced after the CAT 5 hurricane. I highly recommend this hotel they went above and beyond my expectations. Beautiful hotel .

AMAZING staff. They were all so friendly and helpful. Shout out to Joel-Lee for his top notch customer service!! The food was AMAZING!! The property was very clean and I felt very safe. We had an amazing experience at S Hotel! -boutique hotel that feels quaint without feeling too small -Jamaican history and culture infused throughout the resort; amazing, highly detailed artwork -beautifully appointed -excellent food, especially the traditional Jamaican dishes -easy to make dinner reservations -exceptional staff -convenient and efficient airport transfers -beautiful beach and pool area with ample seating -clean, comfortable, modern rooms -very entertaining house band Con -could not access wifi in room We didn't use the spa or gym, so I can't comment on those

Thanks to all the staff but especially Toney, Shantelle, Chef Steve, Ricardo, Delray just to name a few. The General Manager was great at addressing any concerns! My stay at the S Hotel Montego Bay was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I stepped into the sleek, modern lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles, a cool welcome drink, and the unmistakable energy of Jamaica. The rooms were stunning — spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with contemporary décor and local touches. My balcony overlooked the turquoise waters of Doctor’s Cave Beach, offering breathtaking sunrise and sunset views that I’ll never forget. The staff made my experience even more special. Every single person, from the front desk to the restaurant servers, treated me like family. They were always ready with a smile, helpful tips, and that signature Jamaican charm that makes you feel right at home. The food and drinks were top-tier! Every meal at the onsite restaurants was fresh and flavorful — from traditional jerk dishes to fine international cuisine. The rooftop Sky Deck was one of my favorite spots, offering cocktails, ocean breezes, and an unbeatable view of Montego Bay. The pool and beach area were pure relaxation.

The balcony was open the view was of the entire property, but private. We could enjoy the entertainment from our own balcony , but remain concealed. The Spa services were awesome the Spa was tranquil. The property was clean and the staff was always pleasant.

This property is wonderful. I’ve traveled a lot and I would recommend this place without hesitation. The room was large, the beach was absolutely amazing and the food in the restaurants was delicious. All the staff were superb and Marion and Phillipa deserve a special shout out! Definitely stay here, it’s also super close to the airport. The one thing that could improve is the food on the buffet it wasn’t the best and it stayed the same for lunch each day. The food in the restaurants (also included) was really great!

My stay at the S Hotel in Montego Bay was truly unforgettable. From start to finish, the service was exceptional — every staff member was friendly, attentive, and professional. I especially loved seeing how much the team enjoys what they do; you can tell they take great pride in their work and genuinely respect their management. The food was absolutely amazing — five-star gourmet meals every single day. The private beach was stunning, with crystal-clear water and breathtaking sunsets. The rooms were luxurious and beautifully maintained, and the management ensured every detail was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning
