The staff was excellent, they go out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. If you’re looking for a lot of action, stay somewhere else, this place has a very laid back vibe. Never had to wait for a lounge by the pool or on the beach. I was looking for a place to snorkel without going on an excursion, and this fit the bill. There are coral reefs right in front of the place.

Very clean throughout. The staff were attentive, friendly, and respectful. The food at all four restaurants and the café was excellent—fresh with a great variety. The only downside was the pool water, which had a bitter, unusual taste—I couldn’t quite tell what it was (it didn’t seem like salt or chlorine).

There are truly so many amazing things to say about S Hotel in Montego Bay. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and fun, every single person we encountered went out of their way to make sure we were having the best possible experience. Our room was beautiful, spotless, and extremely comfortable, the perfect balance of modern design and relaxing luxury. The hotel truly delivers on its promise of boutique luxury. It’s in the thoughtful details: the beautifully designed spaces, the curated daily events, and the overall atmosphere that makes you feel both pampered and completely at ease. The food was outstanding, and each restaurant had its own unique, stylish vibe. The DJ at the pool brought such a great energy, it made every afternoon feel like a celebration without ever being overwhelming. Honestly, we’ve never felt so welcomed or had such a consistently wonderful experience at a hotel. It was unforgettable, and we will absolutely be coming back. Shout out to Andres. My fave to say hi to in the cafe.

Beautiful….Hard bed sneezing a lot. No robes and the VIP reward didn’t receive. Food was good and the drinks were even better. I wouldn’t stay again the bed was too hard and the fact that I sneezed every time I entered the room. Beautiful hotel, great staff but it’s a no.

This resort did not meet expectations, especially for the price. Upon arrival, we had to sign a document stating that the property was in disrepair and that some services were unavailable—none of which was disclosed during booking. Restaurant reservations were unavailable, leaving us with only the buffet, which was disappointing. On top of that, several services, including room service, required additional fees despite being advertised as all-inclusive. Overall, this was not the luxury experience we were promised.

This trip was amazing from start to finish. The hotel is clean and the amenities were plentiful. The staff were phenomenal, very personable, kind, courteous and attentive to our needs. The food was outstanding at the Marketplace buffet and the 3 other Restaurants. The daily and nightly entertainment was perfect. The musicians were great! I would recommend this place for others to stay and even consider going back there again.
