The property is large and beautiful with plenty of area to walk and several pool and lounging options. The rooms are adequate but showing signs of year's of use. The food was good but not great, except breakfast buffet was amazing and offered everything think able for breakfast. There isnot a lunch or dinner buffet option. I would definitely come again however.

The property itself was OK but an item in my luggage got stolen in this hotel and I tried to talk to the management and talk to the security and they didn’t do nothing and they keep hanging up on me when I call

The property overall was a nice property. Our issue was room specific. Our phone didn’t work so we couldn’t call for things that we needed, questions, room service, our fridge was never restocked after multiple requests 5 to be exact. We had to walk down to the lobby each time we had a question or needed something. We were told someone would come to repair the phone and no one ever did our entire stay. It ended up being extremely frustrating because we addressed it with multiple staff and nothing was ever done. I wanted to give a good review. The food was good, the beach access was great, we were never able to locate the 9 bars advertised but the one we did frequent the drinks were good. The room was great, it was just that we had no drinks the entire stay and no phone. Little things like this can ruin your stay as it added unnecessary frustration and for the amount that we paid for this property we should have been able to enjoy every amenity.

The room had many issues from the toilet continuing to run to the shower and bathroom door broken. The ceiling fan shook so bad I thought it was going to fly off the ceiling. The fridge stocking was less than ideal I had to call down 4 out of the 6 nights to get waters. The dining was less than ideal as well. When you download the app it gives you info on the restaurants and days they are open. Every night there was at least 1 restaurant closed that said on the app it would be open. Also the staff was not very friendly, when we checked in it was very transactional and they didn’t tell us anything about the hotel. If you are looking for a place with good nightly entertainment this is definitely NOT the place. We have been to a lot of all inclusive resorts and this by far was the worst experience we have had. I am a Hyatt rewards member and was highly disappointed by this resort and would not recommend to others.

Overall an above average property. Needs some maintenance in areas. Rooms very clean. REally expected the mini bar to be a real small mini bar and not just soft drinks and 4 cans of beer. Ran out of liquor (vodka) at many of the pool bars. Didnt have lime juice for martinis at 2 different resturants. Front staff was very attentive.

Second back to property. Now under Hyatt brand after walk out of employees in Niv 2024. At check in they demanded full payment even tough I had paid Expedia half. Expedia ended up refunding and offered me a much better rate that hotel would not give. Check in they try to upsell and book future trips, similar to timeshare speech. Hotel was too busy and long waits for the restaurants. At every turn they are trying to upsell even though it’s suppose to be all inclusive. I witnessed staff bickering with each other and many were unhappy. This was total different experience than our previous visit. Properly is on beautiful location so we were very disappointed with our return trip as it went downhill. The property does need a major renovation as rooms are dated.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was poorly maintained, dirty, and uncomfortable. The bathroom tub was broken, and the provided iPad did not work at all. Room service failed to provide basic essentials like towels—I had to ask at least 10 times before receiving any. The restaurant food was terrible, practically inedible. Moreover, the staff appeared more concerned with getting tips and handouts rather than offering quality customer service. I strongly advise against staying here.
