The staff was very attentive to my needs. Michael the bartender is especially good at his job. I loved every minute of my stay. Definitely will stay there again. This is a great place for a solo trip for women. The food is good too!

Location was great! Less than a 5 min walk to the beach, a store for snacks and beverages, and a local 24 hour jamaican restaurant. Located on the hipstrip. Pool and bar was nice. Staff was friendly. Budget friendly. The resort is more of a hotel if you will. Clean hot water and comfy bed wifi spacious relaxing shower. Room was up to date. Fresh towels on demand. Has a small balcony. I think all of them had a balcony. So thats a plus. Check in was at 3. Didnt have to have deposit on card. 9.5/10 the only thing is my tv didnt pick up channels. If your pn a budget and want ro stay in thw hipstrip BOOK! You won't be disappointed. Staff was very friendly which is a plus.

Just depend of the unit they put you in. Nightmare beginning. TV didn't work. Floor was rough and discolored. Not like the first time I had the deluxe suite. However I'm going to give them grace I think they were fully booked. Tutor credit they did correct the problem with the TV and always the staff is accommodating.

It was a nice resort the food was a 10/10. i only didn’t like the Alfredo it was sweet. The food is no more than 20$. The only problem I had was the house cleaning staff tried to steal my wood I left on the balcony in the ashtray. She said she threw it away. I asked can she look for it or can you give me the bag to look. She came back with the wood which was not dirty or looked like it was in the trash. So I recommend not leaving anything out.

At check-in staff was courteous and welcoming. At checkout the staff was almost dismissive, didn’t ask me how my stay was, never invited me to come again. Room was ok…had some ants crawling around the kettle and coffee pot. The location to the airport is excellent and a short walk to the beach. The grounds are well kept and renovations were happening in some areas. I had a nice breakfast at the restaurant on site and the server was excellent.

The bed was clean & comfortable, the shower hot and reasonable pressure. The bedside lights could not be turned off from the bed. The room was a bit worn generally. But as it was only for one night on my way to other parts it was good after a long flight. Reception Staff were great in the morning.

Love this place. Local, family owned. Well positions to walk to the Hip Strip and Doctor’s Cabe Beach which is the best beach in the area. Love the Jamaican Breakfast menu although they do have British/American selection as well. The pool is salt water. I love this also. 10 out of 10. Great quality/price ratio. This is my second time there and I will return.
