The family suite/room was spacious and we had plenty of room. We loved having access to the indoor pool and hot tub during the rainy winter months. This is ultimately a basic motel/hotel. Our room had some updates: new flooring, new door with keypad lock. Our room also had some older features: older bathroom fixtures, older furniture, etc. The room was fairly clean and we were pleased with the cleaning done each each day. This is certainly not a high-end stay, but it was comfortable and close to attractions.

The Stargazer was such a pleasant surprise! The rooms were clean and comfortable. When we checked in we noticed that one of the beds in our room was broken. The hotel staff took care of the problem as quickly as they could. The coffee machine in the lobby was such a treat. So many choices and the coffee was great! We will definitely return to the Stagazer next the next time we are in Monterey!

Had a great stay. My room was always clean. Easy check in and check out. I loved being close to so much. Places to eat, to charge the Tesla, the beach, the Wharf, Cannery Row. Everything was within a few miles. It was also quiet at night. The room was small, but it was perfect for me since I was traveling alone. I would stay again.
